Main Yarra Trail - Finn's Reserve to Westorfold's Park

Finn's Reserve is a a parkland adjacent to the Yarra River, in Lower Templestowe, 15 km east of Melbourne.

A long footbridge crosses the river, linking with the Main Yarra Trail.

On September 28, 2007, from the bridge, I explored the Trail easterly to Westerfold's Park, and westerly to Bond's Rd. The views of the Yarra were excellent, and the distance travelled was about 4 km.

This walk is included in my new (free!) INTERNET GUIDE TO SHORT WALKS IN VICTORIA, which contains details of nearly 400 short walks I have completed since 2005 and the present. This very comprehensive authoritative Guide is updated whenever I complete a new walk - it includes links to Trail Notes, Maps, the Photo Albums, links to useful resources, and a search feature, with the walks arranged in geographical order.
