The Olinda Falls are always of scenic interest, about 45 km east of Melbourne, in the Dandenong Ranges National Park.
The Falls Walking Track descends from the Picnic Ground, on Falls Rd, through tall forest and fern gullies.
The Falls can be viewed from the upper and lower lookout platforms. It is about 2 km return from the picnic ground to the lower viewing lookout.
I visited the Falls on January 27, 2008.
