Bridge Track in early spring, Olinda Forest

On September 6, 2010, I went out to the Olinda Forest, in the Dandenong Ranges National Park. 35 km east of central Melbourne.

My hike was a 3 km exploration along gated Prices and Bridge Track, starting at the Silvan Rd junction.

Bridge Track was named after the footbridge which crosses the beautiful Lyrebird Creek, deep in the fern forest.

See all of the Photos of my hike, which include some panoramic images taken from the Woolrich Lookout, high up on Silvan Rd, showing views to the Yarra Ranges.
