These pix were taken on May 12 2013, along the Gawler Chain Reserve shared trail, in Mont Albert North.
The trail meanders through parks, reserves, and picnic areas, crossing several streets, and follows the valley of the Bushy Creek.
Stands of remnant forest are a feature of this trail.
The meeting halls of Scouts and Guides are located along the trail.
My 4 km (return) route started at the Koonung Secondary College, off Box Hill Crescent, to Strabane Avenue.
