Birrarung Park in mid-summer - Templestowe

Situated at the confluence of the Plenty and Yarra Rivers, this 33 hectare park was an important meeting place for the Wurundjeri people.

My visit on December 21 2015 was a 2 km hike starting at the main car park, through bushland and along the eastern track adjacent to the Yarra River.

  1. Howdy Bob, sure is looking good here along the Yarra which certainly looks rather yellowish/brown at the moment!!! Nice walking tracks too and what a beautiful day it was! Thanks for sharing and best regards! Michael
