The River Circuit Trail was opened in July 2019 and links the Yarra Glen Railway Station precinct with the Yarra Glen Recreation Reserve,
Points of interest include:
- Pedestrian walkway under busy Melba Highway
- Canoe launching ramp

- Pedestrian/cycle access to the Yarra Flats Billabongs area
- Views of the Yarra
- Outdoor fitness centre
- Drinking fountain for humans and hounds
