Hotham Heights and Dinner Plain

Photos of December 16, 2017, showing the scenery and environment in the Mt Hotham and Dinner Plain area, along the Great Alpine Rd. Our visit included short walks to Danny''s Lookout (1705 m), the JB Plain Hut, JB Plain, Wire Plain Hut, Wire Plain, and the Lost Reef (1320 m).

We had lunch (stale muffins!) at Dinner Plain.

Mt Hotham

A visit to Mt Hotham on Dec 21, 2015. This was a drive from Bright, through Harrietville, to the Mt Hotham carpark, with side trips to the Mt Loch Reservoir, the Mt Loch Walking Track, and the Southern Cross Spur Lookout.
