Jumping Creek River Trail - Warrandyte State Park

On October 13, 2006, I discovered a pleasant short walk in the Warrandyte State Park, 25 km NE of Melbourne.

This is in the Jumping Creek Reserve, with some nice views of the Yarra River.

The walk starts at the barbecue picnic area about 500 m from the gate, then passes down the hill through interesting forest, until it meets the main car park. The walk then continues for a further 500 m adjacent to the Yarra River. The return is via the road, up the hill, ending at the barbecue area.
