Blue Tongue Bend is a very scenic location on the Yarra River, in a remote section of the Warrandyte State Park, 25 km north of Melbourne.
I did this walk on November 3, 2006, through the bushland, past the meandering river, some rapids and a waterfall
The hike was a 6 km circuit, starting and finishing at the Jumping Creek Picnic Reserve.
