The Everard Track is in the Kinglake National Park, 35 km NE of Melbourne.
It starts at a low point of 250m above sea level at the end of Marshall Rd, and rises steadily to the Mt Everard Summit, 475m, 3 km away.
My Everard was formerly known as Mt Misery.
There are nice views towards Mt Sugarloaf to the west.
I did this 6 km hike on March 11, 2007.
