😈 A 2 km hike along the northern sector of Army Track and the adjacent area, on April 5, 2017. Starting/end point was the gate on Bergin's Rd.
Met up with a work crew from Ausnet, who were using a drone for inspection of the HV transmission lines. Interesting technology - the drone sends its images in real time video to the controller, then lands at his feet after the inspection!
Howdy Bob, wow, those transmission lines are massive, it is a wonder that everyone does not glow when walking under them, they appear to be so low!!! Now Bob, have you bought yourself a drone???
