Maroondah Reservoir Park is 60 km east of Melbourne.
I visited the Park on January 2, 2008, completing the 3 km Forest and Lookout Circuit Track, with excellent views of the surrounding mountains, the Reservoir, and the beautiful gardens.
The Park is the home of many Australian White Ibis - take care, as they will steal your lunch!
