Maroondah Reservoir Park

These pix were taken on June 4, 2015, a very cold, rainy day, with flecks of snow in the Park, a 2 km hike including the traverse along the top of the dam wall.

The dam level was very low, with the spillway almost dry.

Down below, the resident parrots were having a good time - they land on your arms, shoulders and head!

  1. Howdy Bob, some very nice photos here but wow, it sure was a dark gloomy and cold looking day there, yes, the dam levels sure are low and I loved the brightly coloured birds, lovely looking area to enjoy but would be much better during the warmer months!!! Thanks fir sharing and best regards! Michael
