Churchill National Park - Army Rd North

😈 A 2 km hike along the northern sector of Army Track and the adjacent area, on April 5, 2017. Starting/end point was the gate on Bergin's Rd.

Met up with a work crew from Ausnet, who were using a drone for inspection of the HV transmission lines. Interesting technology - the drone sends its images in real time video to the controller, then lands at his feet after the inspection!

  1. Howdy Bob, wow, those transmission lines are massive, it is a wonder that everyone does not glow when walking under them, they appear to be so low!!! Now Bob, have you bought yourself a drone???
Thanks for sharing with your excellent photos and best regards! Michael
