Koolunga Native Reserve - Ferntree Gully

Koolunga Native Reserve is a five ha reserve, with a variety of native flora and fauna. There are two kms of walking tracks throughout the reserve. There is a creek running through it with two bridges as well as some good open space areas big enough to fly a kite or kick a footy. The reserve is well used by dog walkers.

The Reserve is located on the foothills at the base of the Dandenong Ranges and the flora reflects that of the Ranges and also that of the surrounding lowlands.

The area has previously been used as a daffodil farm and daffodils still appear each year.

There is parking and a picnic table, but no BBQ or public toilets.
