Boronia - Liverpool Rd Retarding Basin

A 2 km visit on January 7, 2017,  overcast and misty, starting at the car park off Liverpool Rd. This is a leash-free park for hounds, so walkers should be prepared to be licked and slobbered on!
At the base of Mt Dandenon, the Reservoir is designed to minimise flooding of properties downstream on the Olinda Creek.

  1. Howdy Bob, wow, this must be the place of hounds and birds, it is a wonder that over sized pelican did not break that skinny tree branch!!! Beautiful lush and green there and a wonderful set of photos you have produced, thanks for sharing and best regards! Michael
