Gillmour Park is a protected reserve in Ferntree Gully, 35 km east of Melbourne.
It includes a sporting oval, the Ferny Creek Retarding Basin, a nice Lake, a pleasant walking track, cockatoos, and water fowls!
I visited the Park on August 23 2007, for a 1.5 km walk in the remnant bushland and around the Lake.
